www.j4l.com (“Site”) relies on the Refund Policy to ensure customers satisfaction with every purchase. This policy is an integral part of Jump4love Site’ and Services’ regulations. This Policy stipulates of how Refunds may be processed. It can be changed from time to time and any changes hereto are effective upon publication on Site. Your continued use of Site and Services after such publication shall certify unconditional acceptance of new edition of this Refund Policy.

Generally, unless there is an error or malfunction in the operation of our Site or fraudulent abuse of your payment method, our system does not provide for the refund after our services have been used.

If you feel that our services have been defective in any way, please contact our Support Team with your reasons for claiming a refund not later than three calendar days after the issue occurrence. In your request, you need to submit (i) proof and explanations about the issue and (ii) a copy of your user’s registration details. In the absence of this information we will be unable to help. Your user registration details are sent to you upon joining our site.

If your request is proper, you may request for either Credits refund or money refund.

If you would like to request a money refund, you can do so only if you (i) did not use any Credits from the package of Credits that has been assigned to your account after successful transaction and (ii) up to 14 days passed from the successful transaction date.

Notwithstanding the above, you can also submit a request for reimbursement of (i) valid and (ii) unused Credits that you have in your account available. Such request, if proper and successful, shall be processed with our conversion rate of USD or EUR 0.4 per 1 Credit.

We usually require up to ten business days to process such requests. All information submitted in your request needs to be true and correct. We may also process other refunds in exceptional cases at our sole discretion as the case may be.
