The Company (“we” and “us”) respects the privacy of its users and has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy. Age limit

We do not intentionally collect any personal information of any person of age under 18. Moreover, any use of the Website is strictly prohibited by persons who did not reach 18 years, so if it comes to our attention that we have collected any such information, it will be erased as soon as possible. Privacy Scope
This Privacy Policy covers the Website’ treatment of personal information that is collected when you are on the Website or when you use the Services. You are providing your consent to this Privacy Policy in the process of registration on the Site and that would be the legal basis for us to act according to this Policy.
There are several categories of information we collect for your comfort use of Site and which are essential for accurate provision of the Services.
Your Profile information

Social Connect
When you choose to connect your social media account to your Service profile, we collect Personal Information from that social media website. For example, when you connect your Facebook account, we may collect the Personal Information you have made publicly available in Facebook, such as your name, user ID, profile picture, cover photo, username, gender, networks, age range, language, country, friend list, and any other information you have made public. We may also obtain other non-public information from social media websites with your permission.

Geo-location from your device
We may collect and store your location information if your device settings are enabled to send it to us. We use this information to personalize the Service for you, such as to select the payment processor available in your country, determine eligibility for promotions, and show you personalized advertisements.

User Content
Everything you generate on the Website (texts, photos, videos, etc.) is User Content.
Contact information
This category contains contact information like your e-mail or other information which can lead to you directly. It shall not be visible for other Members of the Website since personal contact information is only exchanged between Members and Users through the Services as it is described in the Terms.
Technical data
This category shall include your login date and time, IP address, proxy, your device name, browser name and the address of the webpage  which linked to the Website, registration date and password, activity on the Website, JavaScript and/or Flash support and versions, and similar technical information.
Payment data
We may store billing information (without full card numbers), such as a cardholder name, billing address, card mask, IP-address - standard information for payment processing industry. This is used to process payments to us.
Some of this information is collected automatically by the Website upon you accessing the Website and the Services, e.g. Technical Data, whereas other information will only be obtained when and if you intentionally provide it through your use of the Website and the Services.

submit a request to our Support Team to close your account which will result in restriction of processing of your Personal Data;
delete your personal information via Data Management section of the Website;
realize your right to data portability, you may do so via request to our Support Team or via Data Management section of the Website;

You may withdraw your consent or make changes to some of your Personal information management preferences on the Data Management section on the Website.
You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Please note that even after you opt out of marketing messages, we may still communicate with you by email for administrative and informational purposes unrelated to marketing.

If you are a resident of the European Union and you were unable to resolve your concerns of how we process your personal information, you have a right to lodge a Complaint with proper data protection authority which should be determined by your residence or our establishment.
Use and Disclosure
Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we do not use or disclose information to any third parties, except when we believe it is required by law or to protect us, Suppliers, other Members or Users or any third parties or to enforce other legal rights. That is the general rule.
Your Profile Information will be seen by other Members or Users on the Website, Website Administration and Support Team. We may also use this information to verify your age eligibility, automatic registration on affiliates’ websites, provide you with personalized offers.

International Data Transfers

When we transfer your personal information to other countries, we will protect that information as described in this Privacy Policy.
In particular, to offer our Service, we need to transfer your personal information to the United States. Retention time and deletion of personal data
You have the option to close your account at any time, which will hide it from public view in connection with the Services. A closed account can be restored within 3 years after closure. Your account data is subject to complete erasure 3 years after closure.
You can permanently erase your personal data whenever you wish, as described below.

The Personal data is kept for the time necessary to provide the Services to you and you can always request that we suspend or erase your personal data. If you wish to erase the personal data we have collected during your use of the Website, you should send a request to our Support Team. Processing of your request will take some time to take effect but no longer than 30 days. Please note that changing or erasing your personal data will only change or erase the data in our database for purposes of future activities and for managing future communications. These changes and erasures will not change or erase emails or personal data that we may have already forwarded to other users or credit card companies or any other third parties, all as provided above in this Privacy Policy.
If you close your account on the Website, you may receive “return” emails from us regarding resuming the Services until your personal data is erased according to this Policy.

Once we receive your request to erase your personal data, except Profile information, which is erased following 30 days of your request, it will then be archived, secured and stored for a period of 3 years from the request date, at which time it will be erased completely.

However, within the said 3 years period we will keep your personal data, subject to the requirements of the law and our legitimate interests.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research, statistical or other purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Safeguarding Personal Information
All the information, including personal, is being transferred through secure HTTPS/SSL encryption technology channels before being sent over the Internet. Thus, while we cannot guarantee that your information is 100% secured, HTTPS/SSL makes it very difficult for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred.
Credit card transactions are processed through our merchant account gateway. All information sent to our merchant account gateway is in the secure HTTPS/SSL environment, which will protect it against disclosure to third parties. When we receive your order, it is on an HTTPS/SSL server.
