What is happiness for humans and animals?
Unfortunately, no one can ever think up happiness, without experiences.
To understand "your personal happiness", you have to get experiences!
And what controls your experiences are your six..seven senses!
Unfortunately, most people today do not live with all their senses. We live increasingly in a virtual world that moves quickly .... mostly on reflexes from eyes, hearing and perhaps the emotions also sometimes have time to reflect!
But smell and taste are at least as important senses. They provide security and time and strengthen the memory, to remember and develop you and your personality!

I am grateful to my parents for childhood and apparently genetically too, because good health, and a positive person!
All life been asked; "How can you always look so happy"? It is an innate gift to be able to see the positive even in difficult times!
Dad had a nursing home on farm. Mum was a nurse and made divorce when I was 2 years old. She moved with me to the small cozy town of Laholm.
My rich Dad chosed to take his life when I was 10 years, and Mum had to take over the nursing home in Tostared, where I 16 years old I were responsible for 3 employees in Agriculture and Forestry, which I later took university education in! Years as the student council chairman at school! Instructive youth years, and I got used to being able to stand on stage!
Even as a child, my interest in other people's lives awakened. I am an emotional person, and experienced a lot of their joy, sadness, problems and illnesses! I have always lived with the analysis of happiness! What makes people and animals happy?
Especially horses, and I went to the State's highest riding and driving school with stallions for a year!
After that, three areas of success: environmental technology and energysavings, open farm with animals, and ridingschool with camps. Totalt 300 employees, and with my own airplane a few years to reach it!
I have never been as "poor," as when I was rich in money!
No trees grow to the sky!
I lived, as Victim, in the woods as a survivor a few years with 23 horses!
It was my best investment ever in life! I experienced then that life is not about the big things. The happy life lives in the small, and the ability to see the details in body and mind, also among animals in nature!
For 30 years now, I have been living an ambition/mission to start up an (((eco)))) between caring and honest people! By collaborating, evaluating goods and buying the right way, we reduce our costs and have more time to help, love and care to each other!Being able to trust each other and seek help in difficult times is a big deal!
Even if the world is fake and full of war, I want to believe that there is a God above/in us all!
I have spent the last 25 years studying health and the functions of the body! Together with the latest science, I understand that it is so complex, that even science does not understand the whole!
